Sunexpress Luggage Claim Delay

After my June 24, 2024 Izmir-Berlin flight, I filed a claim both at the airport and online due to irreparable damage to my suitcase. Normally, the process should be completed in 7 days, but due to high volume, it could take up to 14 days. I'm understanding, of course, but it's been 16 days now, and for the past 3 days, customer service has only been telling me to wait, saying "we'll get back to you." They neither connect me to a more authorized unit or authority, nor do they show a solution-oriented approach or offer a resolution. They say, "You can seek your rights through court, etc." :d It's really a shame considering the money we pay and the services we receive. There's only one number we can reach, and no one there seems to care.
