SunExpress Flight from Munich to Ankara: All Luggage Left Behind

On August 2, 2024, we had a SunExpress flight from Munich to Ankara. Upon arriving at Ankara airport, we discovered that all our luggage had been left at Munich airport. Many passengers, including myself, were left in a difficult situation with personal belongings missing.
This kind of repeated negligence from SunExpress is unacceptable. I’m frustrated and demand immediate information about the location of my luggage. If necessary, I will personally cover any costs to retrieve my luggage. I will never fly with SunExpress again. Shame on you!
