On March 9, 2025, at 06:30 AM, I was on SunExpress flight XQ172 from Antalya to Hamburg. However, due to a strike at Hamburg Airport, the plane landed at Hannover Airport instead.
During the flight, cabin crew assured us that ground staff would assist and guide us upon arrival. However, once we exited the aircraft, no one provided any support or direction. We were left stranded without any guidance, transportation, or compensation for the inconvenience.
I demand proper reimbursement for the additional expenses I incurred due to this unexpected situation, including transportation and any other costs. I have attached photos of my expenses as proof.
SunExpress must take responsibility for this issue and provide compensation. I expect a prompt response regarding how this will be resolved.
