SunExpress Airlines Refuses to Change My Expensive Ticket to a Cheaper Flight
On December 20, 2024, I purchased a flight with booking number S583 from BRS to AYT, departing at 16:45 and arriving at 23:55, for €190. I would like to change this flight to the Birmingham to AYT flight on December 18, 2024, departing at 12:15, which currently costs ₤118. In other words, I am requesting to exchange a more expensive ticket for a cheaper one, with no additional charges. Currently, there are no seats available on the December 20 BRS-AYT flight, meaning this change would be beneficial for SunExpress. However, due to work commitments, I need to be in Turkey three days earlier. If you could assist me with this matter, I would be very grateful. I am not asking for any compensation for the price difference, making this a mutually advantageous change. I have spoken to customer service, but they are requesting a €70 ticket change fee. I am seeking your support to make this exchange without any additional costs.
