SunExpress Airlines Baggage Damage Compensation Request


On June 10th, I purchased a ticket for a connecting flight from Krakow to Antalya and then from Antalya to Diyarbakır. I traveled with a newly purchased suitcase from abroad. Upon retrieving my suitcase, I found tears and scratches on it. When I reported this at the airport, they handed me a paper and told me to file a complaint online. I did so, but I was instructed to get my suitcase repaired and submit the repair invoice, or they wouldn't resolve my issue. There are no places to repair luggage in my city, and even if there were, a fabric suitcase can't be repaired properly. They want me to patch it up. Such behavior from a major company like SunExpress is unacceptable. I will pursue my rights everywhere!
