As an individual, I was charged 7100 TL for an international flight ticket purchased from SunExpress Airlines. However, only one day after I bought the ticket, the price dropped to 6,300 TL, resulting in a nearly 1000 TL loss for two tickets. I phoned SunExpress to inquire about price difference compensation, but they informed me that they did not have such a policy. It is unjust that the ticket price can be reduced so quickly while I, the consumer, suffer financial loss. SunExpress, I believe, should be held accountable for compensating me for the difference in ticket prices. I did not receive the expected level of service as a customer, and I believe the airline's pricing policy is unethical. I strongly advise SunExpress to reconsider their policy and refund me as soon as possible.
