Money Taken No Confirmation With Sunexpress

I booked a one-way ticket from Dalaman to Hamburg, I entered my card details and after my money was taken, the page got stuck on your payment processing, I waited 20 minutes without closing the page but I never got a confirmation. I called Sunexpress Turkey and they told me it was because I used a debit card and I should use a credit one. Such nonsense in the conditions when 3 weeks ago I paid Sunexpress tickets with the same card.
