Complaint About Lost Luggage on SunExpress Flight XQ973





Dear Sir/Madam,
On July 26, 2024, during our trip from Izmir to Dusseldorf on SunExpress flight XQ973, we were unable to retrieve our luggage. We also received information that many other passengers traveling with us did not receive their luggage either.
We reported the lost baggage at Dusseldorf Airport and filled out the application form. Additionally, we sent an email to d*******@ahs-aero.de to inform them of the situation.
Our luggage contains important items and personal belongings. This situation has seriously disrupted our travel plans and caused us both financial and emotional distress.
We urgently request information regarding this matter. Please provide us with an update on the status of our luggage as soon as possible and inform us about the process for compensation.
