In August 2024, I purchased a total of 6 items—4 zip-up track jackets and 2 track pants—from Suicidehotlinestudio.com under order number 9256518803. I paid via credit card, spending approximately $185, which was a significant amount at the time.

Despite a long time having passed, my items were never shipped, nor has any refund been issued to me. Even though I have written to them repeatedly via email and every other channel available to me, I have received no response from the company whatsoever; I am being completely ignored.

I now view this situation as an outright scam and unfair treatment. I demand either the complete delivery of the items I ordered or a full, immediate refund of the total amount I paid without further delay.
