Suicide Hotline: Two-Month Delay and No Refund

I placed an order with Suicide Hotline two months ago, but it was never shipped, and I didn’t receive any updates. A month ago, I requested a refund, but there’s been no response or action taken. I’ve reached out to every communication channel, even the owner, but no one has gotten back to me.
This is unacceptable. Not only has my ₺1,600 gone, but they’re also ignoring customers who trusted their brand. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will file a formal complaint. Suicide Hotline, you need to take responsibility, refund my money immediately, and stop taking advantage of your customers’ hard-earned money. This situation needs to be addressed now!
