Requesting Review and Refund After Wrongful Sugo Account Ban

My Android account on the Sugo app (username: °N̷A̷R̷İ̷N̷°, number: 5067****45) was recently permanently suspended without any explanation. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating that my account was closed due to activities involving inappropriate content. However, this is not true. Previously, my account was temporarily blocked once, but it was never permanently suspended.

My account had a balance of about $750, which I loaded using my own phone number. So far, I have not contacted the support team because I could not find any proper support channel either inside or outside the app.

Although I have never engaged in any rule-violating activity, my account has been permanently closed and I can no longer access my balance, leaving me at a loss. What I expect from Sugo is a proper review of my account and a refund of my remaining balance.
