Sugo Suspended Account Recovery Demand

I was using the Sugo app on my iPhone, and today, without any warning or explanation, my account was hit with a device ban. My account has about 100,000 diamonds, and I have never violated any rules. My username and the last four digits of my registered phone number are 4946.

I have not yet contacted customer service regarding this issue. I request that my account be reopened and that my grievance be resolved. I will also attach a screenshot to support my complaint.
