Sugo Support Keeps Requesting a User ID I Cannot Access

My account on the Sugo application, a platform for voice chats, live streaming, and social interaction, was suddenly banned on June 5, 2026, without any prior warning or clear explanation. I use the application on a Moto G (2025) Android phone, and I noticed the ban on the same day. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account.
Because the account is banned, I cannot log in to view my user ID within the application. When I contacted Sugo customer support, I clearly explained that I do not know my user ID and that it is impossible for me to retrieve it due to the ban. Instead, I provided all the information available to me, including my account name, “ܔܛܔܔ ܔܛܔܔ,” the email address registered to the account, maherala****@gmail.com, and the fact that I use the application on a Moto G (2025) Android device downloaded from Google Play.
Unfortunately, the only response I received from support was another request for my user ID, despite my explanation that I cannot access it. As a result, I have been unable to make any progress in resolving this issue.
I respectfully request that Sugo review my case using the information I have already provided, including my account name, registered email address, and device details. I also ask that you investigate the status of both my account and device from your side and provide a clear, detailed explanation of the exact reason for the ban, as no such explanation has been given so far.
I have invested significant time and money into this application, including approximately SAR 500 in purchases, as well as internet costs and many hours of participation on the platform. Therefore, I request that Sugo either remove this unjustified ban and restore access to my account or, if reinstatement is not possible, fairly restore my in-app purchases and any remaining balance associated with the banned account.
I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution, as I am currently unable to access an account into which I have invested both financially and personally.
