On the Sugo app, my account with ID 36734083 was given a 24-hour penalty even though I did not violate any rules. At around 07:31, while I was live on camera, I suddenly received a warning saying: “Due to recent activities related to violations of community guidelines, you are banned from joining voice chat for 24 hours. Please follow the platform’s community rules.” However, I did not swear, smoke, use slang, or engage in any inappropriate behavior during the live session.
Because of this penalty, I am currently unable to join voice chats or appear on video. I also have an important event to attend this evening, and I cannot participate due to this restriction. Although I contacted support through the app, I have not received any response so far.
I do not accept this penalty, as I have not committed any actual violation. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and that the 24-hour restriction be lifted immediately.
