Sugo Banned My Account Without Clear Reason - Needs Review For Restoration

My Sugo account linked to the mobile number 8318173*** was banned on 06-12-2025 with a message stating “Due to suspected violations of the User Agreement and regulations, your account has been banned. If you have any questions, please cont...”. I do not understand what specific violation I am accused of and I believe this ban was applied unfairly. I use this account in accordance with the rules to the best of my knowledge, and I would like my situation to be reviewed in detail. I have already sent an email to your support team regarding this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution yet. I kindly request that you review my account again and remove the ban on my Sugo account associated with the number or at least clearly inform me of the exact reason and evidence for this restriction so that I can defend myself and avoid any misunderstandings in the future.
