Sugo App Restricts Private Messages and Mic Right After Registration

I recently registered for the Sugo app, and from the moment I created my account, I have been unable to use basic communication features such as private messages and chat/mic. Every time I try to send a private message or speak on the mic, I receive a restriction notice saying that I need to join an agency. However, I was never clearly informed in the app or by email about any rule I supposedly violated.
I contacted Sugo support about this issue, and they only told me to wait 12 hours for the restriction to be removed. However, I have now waited 2 days, and nothing has changed. I am still restricted from sending private messages and using chat/mic.
This situation is very frustrating because I want to use the app normally, yet I have not been given any specific reason for the restriction or how long it will last. The only thing I have been told is that I need to join an agency.
I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the restriction on private messages and chat/mic be removed immediately if there is no valid reason for it. If joining an agency is truly required to use these features, then I ask to be clearly informed of that requirement and given step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible so I can use Sugo without unnecessary limitations.
