Sugo Restricted My Account - “Sorry, Unable to Process Right Now” Error

I created my Sugo account with user ID 136490*** in July 2025, but from the very beginning almost all functions have been restricted without any valid reason shown to me. Since around July 14, 2025, every time I try to use basic features, I receive the message “this function is restricted.” Because of this, I cannot send messages, join live streams, turn on my mic, or post moments, so I have practically not been able to use the application properly for about eight months. I have not done anything that violates Sugo’s rules or regulations, yet my account continues to be limited as if it were under some kind of penalty. I have tried to contact Sugo support, but I constantly receive the response “sorry, unable to process right now,” and I have never been given a clear explanation or any solution. This situation is very discouraging, especially since it has been ongoing since I created the account. I kindly request that all restrictions on my account be fully lifted so that I can use every feature of Sugo normally. I also ask that my account be checked and that this unjust restriction be removed as soon as possible.
