Sugo App Banned Me for Messaging but Gave No Clear Reason

January 12 4:01 AM96

About 10 minutes ago, while I was messaging with another user on the Sugo app, I was suddenly banned. I understand that the other party reported me and that this action may have been taken due to allegedly inappropriate messages; however, there is no information shown in the app indicating whether the ban is temporary or permanent, or how long it will last.

Even if the content of the conversation may be considered a violation under the rules, I believe I am being treated unfairly because no explanation was provided regarding the type or duration of the ban, and my access was completely cut off without warning. Taking action without issuing a warning and without clearly stating how long the ban will last does not seem fair.

My request is that the ban on my account be reviewed again, lifted if possible, and at the very least that I be provided with clear and transparent information regarding the reason for the ban and its duration.
