Sugo Account Banned Without Explanation - Cannot Access Account

I am a user of the Sugo social media platform and my account has been banned without any clear explanation. I do not know when exactly this ban was applied or for what specific reason. I am very upset about losing access to my account, which I need and use actively. If I have unknowingly violated any rule, I sincerely apologize and assure you that I will be more careful and will not repeat the same mistake again. I respectfully request that my account be fully unbanned, or at least that the ban decision be reviewed and reconsidered. I would be grateful if you could help me regain access to my Sugo account.
