Sugo “Abnormal Device” Error Blocking My Account Access For Months

For a long time now, I have been receiving an “abnormal device” error when trying to log into the Sugo app. For approximately 2 months, I have been unable to access my account normally and cannot use the application at all.

I have not received any explanation or response regarding this issue. Even though I have not made any unusual changes to my device, the app continues to block my access. This situation has started to cause serious inconvenience.

I request that Sugo urgently resolve this error, perform the necessary checks on my account and device, and permanently fix the issue so I can log in and use my account without any problems.
