Can’t Log Into Sugo After Unexpected Device Restriction

January 9 3:42 PM89

I was suddenly logged out of my account on the Sugo app for no apparent reason, and when I tried to log back in, I received a warning stating that my “current device has been banned due to suspicious activity and violations.” Because of this issue, which started about half an hour ago today, I am unable to use my account.

I did not transfer my account to anyone else, use multiple logins, change devices, or perform any unusual activity. Despite this, my device was banned and my access to my account was blocked, which has caused me harm.

I am requesting that the Sugo support team review this seemingly unjust violation on my account, remove the device ban, and urgently take the necessary steps to allow me to log back into my account.
