Requiring Assistance For Sugo Account Recovery

I am writing to report that my account on the “Sugo – Online Chat Party” app, which I use via the App Store, was hacked tonight, on 18-06-2026. The hacker gained full access to my account, my username is “daniyal n***”. As a result of this unauthorized access, all of my in‑app balance, approximately 11,000 coins, has been lost, my chats with my friends have disappeared, and my password and contact information have been changed without my consent. Because my contact details have been altered, I am now completely unable to log in or use my account, and I am very worried that my personal data and credentials may be misused. This situation is causing me serious concern both in terms of privacy and the time and money I have invested in the app. I have already contacted support and was asked to send a video, which I cooperated with, but my account is still not accessible and the problem remains unresolved. I request that my hacked account be recovered on all grounds, including restoring my access, securing my personal information, and returning the lost 11,000 coins and my chat history as far as technically possible. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate this incident, secure my account, and assist me in regaining full and safe access to my profile and data.
