I Face Unfair Ban on Sugo App Despite No Rule Violation

I was actively using the Sugo chat application on my iPhone 13 with the user ID 108369525 when I was suddenly banned from the platform without any reason. I did not violate any rules or engage in inappropriate behavior, yet I was unexpectedly logged out and blocked from accessing my account. I spent a great deal of time and effort building my profile and maintaining my activities on the app, and now all of that hard work has been wasted.

This unexpected ban has caused me emotional stress and frustration, as I relied on this platform for both personal and professional interactions. I believe this action was taken unfairly, and I kindly ask for my account to be reviewed and reactivated immediately. I expect clear communication regarding why this ban occurred and an apology for the inconvenience caused.

Please investigate my account and lift the ban as soon as possible. I urge the support team to handle this matter fairly and efficiently so that I can continue using the app without losing the time and energy I invested.
