How to Contact Sugo Support About a Banned Account

-In February, my account on the Sugo app was banned without any explanation, and I haven’t been able to log in since then. The screen only shows the message “Your account has been banned” with no further details. There was no balance in my account, and I am not aware of having done anything that violates the rules. I haven’t contacted customer service yet; I was directed here instead. My registered phone number is 0505*37.
I request that my account be reinstated. If that’s not possible, I would like to be informed of the exact reason for the ban.
