Studocu Keeps My Card Details After Account Deletion and Cancellation

I am addressing this complaint to Studocu regarding the handling of my personal and payment data. My Studocu account, registered under the email address pau***[email protected], was deleted by me today and I also cancelled my subscription. Despite this, my payment card is still stored in your system and I am very uncomfortable with this situation. I tried to resolve this by myself through the website, but I did not find an effective way to contact support. The chatbot does not work properly and I cannot reach any real support channel to request the deletion of my data. I request that Studocu immediately and permanently delete all my stored card details and remove my personal data from your system, and that you send me a written confirmation that this has been done. I expect this to be handled without delay and in full compliance with data protection rules. I ask you to treat this matter as urgent and to respond to me in writing once my data has been completely removed.
