I personally experienced the answer to the question, “Is Viagogo reliable?” and I want to share what happened to me. StubHub is owned by the same company, so everything I describe here applies to both StubHub and Viagogo.

On June 7, I listed my ticket for sale on Viagogo under order number “536657470,” and within just 2–3 hours, my ticket was sold. While I was initially happy that the transaction happened so quickly, the real problems began after that. The concert took place the next day, the ticket was used, but the payment promised by Viagogo has still not been made. Viagogo is not paying me and is taking no action to resolve the issue.
Problems with the Support Team:
For approximately 2.5 months, I have repeatedly contacted Viagogo’s support team. However, I have not achieved any results. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and each time I had to speak with a different representative who gave completely different explanations. My complaint was never properly tracked, no case file was created, and I had no way to monitor the process.
Proof and Ticketmaster Verification:
I officially purchased my ticket through Ticketmaster, which is globally recognized as a reliable ticketing platform. My ticket can be verified within seconds. Despite this, Viagogo continues to claim that they are still conducting a review.
Payments for tickets sold through Viagogo are not being made, the support team does not resolve issues, complaints are ignored, and customers are repeatedly left harmed. Unfortunately, Viagogo complaints are being disregarded. Is Viagogo safe? Based on the hardship I have experienced, the answer is clear.
