I Bought A Ticket From Viagogo, I Was A Victim! Viagogo? Never Again!

What is Viagogo? Beware of Viagogo and StubHub! Viagogo is known as a global ticket marketplace, but after my recent experience, I strongly advise you to stay far away from this platform. Is Viagogo trustworthy? I can tell you from my own experience that it is not. Everything I’m about to share applies to both Viagogo and StubHub, as they are part of the same company. Ticket Sale Details: Andrea Bocelli, Sale No. 536657470 Location: Beşiktaş Park (Tüpraş Stadium), Istanbul, Turkey Date and Time: Sat, 08 Jun • 9:00 pm On June 7th, I listed my ticket for sale on Viagogo under the order number "536657470." To my surprise, the ticket sold within 2-3 hours. Initially, I was pleased with how quickly the sale was completed, but this was just the beginning of a nightmare. The concert took place the next day, my ticket was used, yet Viagogo has still not paid me for the sale. Viagogo does not pay sellers and has taken no action to resolve the issue. Issues with Customer Support For nearly 2.5 months, I have repeatedly contacted Viagogo’s support team, but to no avail. Every time I reached out to Viagogo customer service, I was forced to speak with a different representative, each giving me a different story. My complaint was never followed up on, no case was created, and I had no way to track the progress of my issue. Proof and Ticketmaster Verification I purchased my ticket officially through Ticketmaster, a platform renowned for being a reliable and globally recognized ticketing system. Despite the fact that verifying my ticket takes just seconds, Viagogo claims they are still "reviewing" the issue. Is Viagogo a scam? Based on my experience, the answer is a resounding yes! Why You Should Avoid Viagogo and StubHub Payments for tickets sold through Viagogo are not made, customer support does not solve problems, complaints are ignored, and you are continuously mistreated. Viagogo complaints are unfortunately dismissed or neglected. I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this platform for any transactions. In Conclusion: Viagogo and StubHub are companies you should stay far away from. Whether you’re buying or selling tickets, avoid these platforms at all costs. Is Viagogo safe? My experience clearly answers that question: Absolutely not!
