Charged for Domestika Plus Without Consent – No Refund
I was charged for a Domestika Plus annual subscription without my knowledge or consent. I never knowingly activated a free trial or agreed to any kind of subscription. While purchasing another course, the Plus membership was silently added to my cart — and without any proper warning or confirmation, the subscription was renewed and I was charged. I did not receive any reminder or notification email before the renewal. I only noticed the charge after it was processed. When I contacted Domestika, they sent a generic response and ignored my request for a refund, despite my clear explanation and long-time loyalty as a customer. This is a very disappointing experience. I believe no company should charge users without informed consent and proper notice. I’m still waiting for a fair resolution and a refund.
