StreamYard Cut Off My Live Recording and Charged Me After I Paused My Plan
StreamYard chopped out the start of my live recording, rendering the whole thing useless last time. Hours of preparation, then measured in seconds. Originally thinking this was a glitch, six weeks later nothing has been corrected. Silence just; no updates or acknowledgement. I stopped my subscription in the meanwhile, intending to wait till they really fixed the problem. But let me say what? They charged me once more. Apparently, even stopping your subscription has not much of significance to them. Right now, it seems as though they don't give improving their platform or serving their consumers any thought. If this is how they handle things, I am really annoyed and sure not to be renewing my subscription.
