Missing Items in Stradivarius Order Shipment, They Deny Their Mistake

On November 26, 2023, I got a package that was supposed to have three things I had ordered. When I opened the package, though, I saw that it only had one item: the 1412/963 referenced fit jeans. I patiently waited because I thought the other items would be delivered separately. When I checked the status of my order on November 28, I was shocked to see that all three items had been marked as "delivered." I called your customer service right away to fix the problem. I was upset to hear that all three items—including the missing 0484/501 crossbody bag and 1351/569 skort—were supposed to come in one package. I want to make it clear that the bag and skort can't fit with the jeans based on the package size shown in the photos. Also, the barcode on the package only shows three items. When I showed this proof, I got an answer that wasn't helpful: they said the bag and skirt were probably squished into the small bag that had the jeans in it.
