My Stradivarius Order Was Not Delivered by the Courier Company

On June 25, 2025, I ordered clothes from Stradivarius and was told that Kolay Gelsin would bring them. But my package still hasn't arrived, and it's been more than ten days. It's even more aggravating since I've been trying to get in touch with someone who can really help me, but I keep going in circles and not getting any meaningful answers. I've been patient, but this has been really tiring and has made me doubt both the store and the delivery service. I don't want anything unusual; I just want the goods I paid for to be delivered right away. Please fix this problem as soon as you can.
