MADD Store Staff Provides Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service

On July 26, 2026, I visited the MADD store located at Erasta AVM in Edirne to look at perfumes. However, from the moment I entered the store, the employees appeared extremely uninterested and rude. When I asked questions while looking at the perfumes, they responded with obvious sighing and an annoyed attitude. Their facial expressions were also harsh and unfriendly while assisting me. In particular, a black-haired female employee appeared visibly unhappy and used a hurtful and disrespectful tone when speaking to me as a customer.

Because of this attitude, I left the store without purchasing anything. I believe this type of employee behavior only causes the store to lose customers. I expect the staff to be warned about their communication with customers and for the necessary training and guidance to be provided to prevent this type of behavior from happening again.
