Citroen C4X Issues: Water Leakage and Brake Noise Ignored Under Warranty

I am facing two serious issues with my 5-month-old Citroen C4X, which has only 15,000 km on it:

Left Tail Light Water Leakage: This problem is causing my parking sensors to malfunction, creating safety risks while driving.
Brake Pad Squeaking: During rainy weather, the brakes make loud, disturbing squeaks, making driving uncomfortable and frustrating.
I reported these issues to Citroen Erdemir Beylikdüzü branch. However, they refused to address the tail light issue under warranty and provided no confirmation if they escalated the matter to Stellantis. Additionally, reaching their customer service by phone is nearly impossible.

Despite a follow-up with Stellantis Turkey, they responded that these problems are "normal," which is unacceptable. The tail light still leaks during rain, and I suspect it’s also causing my parking sensors to malfunction. Meanwhile, the brake pads continue to squeak loudly. The vehicle has never been damaged, making these issues purely manufacturing defects.

These warranty and after-sales service shortcomings have severely impacted my trust in Citroen. While I am otherwise satisfied with the car, this poor service harms the brand’s reputation. I demand immediate action to resolve these issues and request a prompt update regarding the necessary repairs.
