Citroen E-C3 Aircross Problem - Two System Failures In Three Months

I live in Antalya, Turkey, and I would like to express a complaint. On 09.07.2025, I purchased a Citroën E-C3 Aircross from the Citroën dealership “Citroën Balaban” in Antalya. The sales team was very helpful in every respect, but afterwards we started to experience some issues with the vehicle. The first problem occurred on 09.08.2025 with a warning of “System failure” (an error detected in the electric motor). In accordance with the information written in the service manual, we had to tow the vehicle to “Citroën Balaban” in Antalya. We waited for days for a diagnosis, without receiving any clear information. In the end, they told us that they had simply cleared the error code from the car’s ECU, put the car into sleep mode, and returned it to us. We collected the vehicle on 18.08.2025. During this process, no replacement vehicle was provided, no proper communication was maintained, and we had to constantly call to obtain updates. Later, on 06.10.2025, the car broke down again, this time showing the warning “Electric Drive System Failure: Repair required”. The car would not start and had to be towed back to the same service center. As of today, four days have passed, and when I contacted the service, I was told that the vehicle is still waiting in line due to workload and has not even been inspected yet. We purchase a brand-new vehicle precisely to avoid such experiences, but within less than 3 months, being stranded twice on the road, with an uninterested service team and excessively long repair times, is unacceptable. There has been neither proper information flow nor provision of a replacement vehicle. When we call, we are only told about “workload” as an excuse. A brand-new car that breaks down twice in 3 months clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, which is unacceptable. I urgently request that a solution be provided regarding this matter.
