My SteelSeries Rival 600 mouse stopped responding, how can I fix it?

If your SteelSeries Rival 600 mouse won't work, there are a few things you can try to fix the problem.

You can get the latest version of SteelSeries GG software from the SteelSeries website and put it on your device to make sure that its firmware is up to date.

Once it's set up, use the program to check for firmware updates and install them if they're available.

Next, re-calibrate the mouse sensor to make sure it works at its best. To do this, lay the mouse flat on the surface you want to use and press and hold the CPI (DPI) button for a few seconds, or until the mouse light flashes.

Then, let go of the button. This process adjusts the sensor to the area you're using, which could fix problems with how responsive it is.

If the problem keeps happening, you might want to clean the sensor area with compressed air to get rid of any dust or dirt that is stopping it from working.
