Steam EA Play Unauthorized Charge After Stolen Card - Refund Request

On November 12, 2025, an annual EA Play subscription was purchased through Steam without my knowledge, and my credit card was charged $39.99. Because my card was stolen, I immediately closed it, and I definitely did not make this transaction. The Steam invoice number for the transaction is: 374489084404878620, and the last four digits of the card I used are 8314. Steam ID: 76561199106503554 This is the first time this has happened to me, and although the subscription is currently active, I have not used it. I contacted Steam customer service about the issue, but I have not received a response yet. I would also like to point out that this transaction occurred shortly after my card was stolen. I request a refund of the fee charged due to this transaction, which was made without my knowledge.
