I purchased the Titanfall® 2 Nitro Scorch Pack and later canceled the purchase, but my refund has not been processed. I spent $5 (₺177.08), and despite being promised a code for the pack, I never received it. When I requested a refund, that too didn’t come through.
This is unacceptable. My money is essentially wasted, and I’m left without the product or the refund. I demand immediate action to either provide the Titanfall® 2 Nitro Scorch Pack as promised or issue a full refund for the amount I paid.
Please resolve this matter urgently. Leaving customers waiting without a solution reflects poorly on the service. I need my money back or the item I purchased without further delay.

I deposited money from Papara to Steam, but when the money didn't transfer to Steam, I refunded it, but the money didn't return to my account and it's been a very long time. I filed a complaint, but nothing happened, so I had to write again (to fill 250 characters ssssssssssssssssssssssssssss)
