How to Change Email on Steam Account

I want to change the email address linked to my Steam account because I no longer have access to the email currently registered. Since I also changed my phone, I am unable to verify through my old email address.

I clicked the "I no longer have access to this email" option and carefully filled out all the required information. However, I am stuck because of a persistent captcha verification issue that prevents me from completing the process.

This issue is incredibly frustrating as I cannot access my games, including GTA, which I regularly play. I expect Steam to resolve this captcha problem and help me update my email as soon as possible. This delay is unacceptable for a platform of Steam's caliber.
