I Can’t Log Into My Steam Account—Email and Captcha Keep Failing Repeatedly

I'm completely stuck trying to access my Steam account. Every time I enter my correct email address, the system keeps rejecting it and repeatedly asks me to "verify I'm not a robot." No matter how many times I complete the captcha, it loops me back again. I’ve tried both on PC and mobile—same issue everywhere.

I even attempted to reset my password, but the system doesn’t recognize my email, and when I try logging in, it says the password is wrong. I know my login info is correct. This endless loop is beyond frustrating and makes using Steam impossible.
