I Can’t Access My Steam Account Despite Knowing My Password and Linked Email

I’m having a serious issue accessing my Steam account. When I tried to log in, the system asked for my password. I entered it confidently—I'm sure it’s correct—but the login failed.

I then checked my email to recover access, but no verification email ever arrived, even though I’m absolutely certain this is the correct email linked to my Steam account. I also tried accessing the account through my registered phone number, but that didn’t work either.

Both my email address and phone number are tied to my Steam account, and I can prove it. Yet I’m completely locked out and have no way to verify my identity through the recovery process.
