I am absolutely furious with Steam! I'm completely locked out of my account because I can't access my authenticator. My old phone, which no longer has the Steam app, is still registered as the authenticator. To make matters worse, I've since changed the phone number associated with my Steam account, and I can't even access the email address linked to it anymore. This is a complete nightmare, and I'm unable to update any of my account's contact information.
I've tried repeatedly to recover my account through Steam Support, but I keep encountering a persistent error message, as shown in the attachment. Your recovery process is fundamentally flawed if it can't handle a user who has lost access to their old phone, old number, and old email. My entire game library and all my purchases are now inaccessible because of your inadequate security and recovery systems.
Steam, you need to fix this immediately. Provide a clear and functional path to regain access to my account. I demand that you help me bypass this broken authenticator and update my contact details. This is a critical issue that's preventing me from using the products I've purchased, and I expect a prompt and effective resolution.
