Trivago Redirected Me to Stayforlong, but My Hotel Has No Reservation

I made a hotel reservation through Trivago, which redirected me to Stayforlong. My booking appears on Stayforlong’s website, but when I called the hotel, they said they have no record of my reservation.
I tried reaching both Trivago and Stayforlong, but neither offers any real customer support. There is no way to resolve this issue, and I am now stuck without a valid booking. Where did my money go? If my reservation does not exist, I demand a full refund immediately.
If this issue is not resolved, I will file formal complaints against both Trivago and Stayforlong and expose this experience on all social media platforms to warn others. Fix this now!
