I booked a hotel room through Stayforlong and paid immediately at 07:50 in the morning. Everything seemed fine until 17:50 the same day, when they suddenly canceled my reservation—without providing the service I paid for. When I contacted the hotel directly, I was told that rooms were still available, so availability wasn’t the issue at all.
This feels incredibly shady. Stayforlong showed a lower rate, took my ₺ payment instantly, then backed out of the deal, possibly just to hold onto my money over the weekend. I believe this was a deliberate move. I emailed them multiple times asking for a resolution and refund, but no one replied. I tried calling—again, no response. No transparency, no accountability.
