StarPets Adopt Me Wheel Win Bat Dragon Not Given

I am writing about a problem I experienced in Adopt Me regarding a spinning wheel pet win that I did not receive. Yesterday, I spun a wheel and won a Bat Dragon from a user with the in‑game username “LillyRosehenderson.” The seller added me, accepted the trade and then, after about a minute, left the game without ever giving me the pet I had won. I did not pay real money or Robux, but I fairly spun on the wheel for the Bat Dragon and clearly won it, and the user’s behavior feels dishonest and unfair. I have not reported this issue anywhere else before; I came directly here to explain the situation in detail. I kindly request that my Bat Dragon win be honored and that the Bat Dragon be granted to my account if possible, as it is a rare pet and I will probably never get the chance to win it again. I also ask that the account “LillyRosehenderson” be investigated for this behavior so that other players are not treated the same way.
