I Face Starpets Scam After Paying for Item and Getting Nothing

On 19 April 2026, Sunday, I purchased a fairy bat dragon fly ride for £6.10 from Starpets. After I made the payment, the seller did not accept my friend request, and I did not receive the item I paid for. I have tried to contact the seller / Starpets support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Since I paid and did not get the item, I feel unsafe continuing to use the service in this way. I kindly request that the £6.10 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible, as I did not receive the fairy bat dragon fly ride I purchased.
