StarMaker Multiple Account Issue Blocking Main ID and Live Features

I am a mobile user of the Starmaker application and I am having a serious problem with my account related to multiple accounts, the live room and the live feature. Because of an issue with my ID / Open ID, I cannot properly access or use my live room and live features, and I am unable to open or restore my main ID. This situation has caused me to lose access to the live functions I regularly use, and I believe it is connected to the multiple account problem on my profile. I tried to get support through Starmaker, but so far I have received no response. I kindly request that my main ID be restored and fully opened, that the multiple account problem on my profile be checked and corrected, and that my live room and live feature be reactivated so I can use the application normally again. I urgently ask you to open and solve my ID problem as soon as possible, because I cannot use Starmaker properly until this issue is fixed.
