StarMaker Blacklisted My Account Without Explanation
My StarMaker account has been placed on a blacklist, and since yesterday I have been unable to join any rooms or live broadcasts. Whenever I open the app, I receive warnings saying my account is a "multiple account" or a "risky account," and I can no longer access any rooms or live streams.
I previously had another account, but I personally deleted it yesterday. Even after deleting that account, my current account is still marked as blacklisted, and my access remains restricted. I also contacted StarMaker support, but I have only received automated replies and have not been given a clear, personalized response regarding my issue.
I respectfully request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the incorrect multiple/risky account designation be removed, and that my account be taken off the blacklist so I can once again access rooms and live broadcasts without restrictions.
