Starread Technology Subscription: Unauthorized ₱699 Charge and Refund

On October 26, 2026, a subscription was started with Starread Technology Limited without my consent. I only realized this when an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash balance. As soon as I noticed the deduction, I cancelled the subscription on October 27, 2026. Despite cancelling it immediately, this payment was not something I knowingly approved or authorized. I also have a transaction screenshot clearly showing the 699 payment to Starread Technology Limited taken from my GCash account. I request a full refund of the 699 that was charged without my consent and confirmation that no further charges will be made to my GCash or any other payment method linked to this subscription.
