Unauthorized Charge Starread Technology Limited

I recently discovered an unauthorized deduction of 699 pesos from my GCash account made to Starread Technology Limited. I did not knowingly authorize this transaction and only noticed it just now when I checked my account activity. Before this deduction, I clicked a link, but at no point did I give clear consent for any automatic deductions or recurring payments, especially without any prior notice or explicit confirmation. Despite this, the amount of 699 pesos was still taken from my GCash balance. I request a full refund of the 699 pesos charged without my consent and I also want any similar future charges to my account to be stopped. I expect this situation to be investigated and for my GCash account to be protected against further unauthorized deductions.
