Starbucks Double Charged for Coffee at Gas Station

Today, I purchased coffee from the Starbucks machine inside the Opet station on the Ankara-Niğde highway and made the payment. Just then, they said "we're out of milk" and refused to give me the coffee. Later, the station attendant assured me they would add milk and give me the coffee, but they still didn't. I ended up making a duplicate transaction to get my coffee. I contacted Starbucks afterward; they said one transaction would be refunded and opened a case.
